It's incredible that it's almost been a year since

It's incredible that it's almost been a year since NCM Constructions handed over Hillcrest Community Housing development in February 2020 to our longstanding client, the Churches of Christ QLD.

The 32 unit development is for over 55’s and is backed by the government’s National Rental Affordability Scheme, and built to meet the requirements of the National Disability Insurance Scheme and Specialist Disability Accommodation.

On top of the designated NDIS units, each standard unit was designed and built to be easily retrofit a disabled compliant unit with very little rework and features a passenger lift to provide full accessibility throughout.

The development features semi-open walkways throughout the building to maximise natural light and has an in-house management office, communal room for residents and guests, covered car parking, and landscaped grounds including designated planter beds for residents’ own planting needs.

Another successful project delivered on time and under budget.
